The
object of the NEHC organization shall be to encourage and promote all horse activities
in New England, and to join together the New England states in a cooperative interest
in horse activities, especially in horse shows, breeding, and trail rides, to
make High Score Awards to the leading point winners at affiliated shows according
to the scoring system and rules adopted on April 14, 1945, at Boston, Massachusetts,
together with amendments and revisions as subsequently adopted. |

NEHC has incorporated a new system for points to be final. Points will be posted to the website for members to review. The points will be final the last day of the month of their official posting. If an exhibitor finds a discrepancy it is up to them to notify the office for corrections. After that date the points will be final and we cannot go back and fix any points for those months. It will be the exhibitor's responsiblity to notify NEHC by mail if they need points sent to them by mail. |
