NEHC Rule Changes 2010

New for 2010 Show Season:

Page 17, Rule IV, C to read as follows:
A horse show that offers 8 divisions or more in the Hunter/Jumper Category and wishes to be considered an Open show must olso offer no less than 30 classes from the Breed/Miscellaneous Categories with a separate Judge qualified in those divisions.

On page 19 of the rule book. Rule VI Associate Members paragraph b.
The family membership will be increasing on January 1, 2010 to $40.

On page 22 in the supplement book.
Letter C-delete paragraph and replace with:
The age of an individual on December 1st will be maintained throughout the entire competition year.

On page 41 of the rule book under Pre-Children’s Hunters be amended to read -
At the same show the same horse/rider or pony/rider may not cross enter into Children’s Hunter Horse or Pony, Pony Hunters or any class where fences exceed 2’3".

On page 58 of the rule book: Walk Trot Pleasure will have 3 awards.
• Hunt Seat
• Saddle Seat
• Western/Reining
